Brooklyn, New York

BANC3 provided project management and construction management services for mechanical and electrical system revisions at the 15-story, 690,000 SF Theodore Roosevelt United States Courthouse Federal Building. Some of BANC3's responsibilities included the evaluation of contractor RFI's, resolution of construction conformance deficiencies, construction schedule assessments including critical path evaluations, submittal tracking, assessment of payment vouchers against actual work performed, and the scheduling of weekly coordination meetings with clients and critical contractors to resolve schedule conflicts.
