Surveying Services for a new 120-Person Dormitory at the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst

BANC3 coordinated survey access arrangements with Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. We established Survey Control and Bench Marks tied to New Jersey State Plane Coordinates, NAD83 and two permanent points were set as a baseline for future use. Each point had a minimum of three ties to physical features and elevations for Benchmarks. BANC3 performed topographic surveys within the area as outlined on the furnished plan. Visible utilities, and surface features were measured and mapped. BANC3 created a topographic survey plan with a contour interval of (1') adding utility data from furnished utility plans as related to field locations in AutoCAD format.
