Mechanical and Electrical Systems Revisions at the Theodore Roosevelt U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building for the General Services Administration

BANC3 provided project management and construction management services for mechanical and electrical system revisions at the 15-story, 690,000 SF Theodore Roosevelt United States Courthouse Federal Building. This improvement project involved the replacement of an 875 ton chiller and four pump motors, advanced meters for water, and a measurement and verification (M&V) plan for advanced metering. Some of BANC3's responsibilities included the evaluation of contractor RFI's, resolution of construction conformance deficiencies, construction schedule assessments including critical path evaluations, submittal tracking, assessment of payment vouchers against actual work performed, and the scheduling of weekly coordination meetings with clients and critical contractors to resolve schedule conflicts.
