Civil Engineering Design and Land Surveying for Architectural and Structural Restoration of the Historic Michie Stadium

BANC3 provided engineering design and surveying services in support of the Phase IV architectural and structural restoration of the 83-year old, historic Michie Stadium at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Improvements, which include a new concession area and access to a restroom area at the stadium's north end, were necessary to accommodate the 40,000 person capacity venue. BANC3's extensive site work and engineering designs included new drainage and grading, utility designs, soil erosion and sediment control, sight lighting, demolition, and site construction details. We also performed utility and topographic surveys, established survey control baselines, and completed control ties to previous surveys for this site.
