Parks

BANC3 Engineering's Park Services include the preparation of civil engineering design plans, calculations and technical specifications. BANC3 Engineering often prepares permit drawings, and engineering reports. Site design services for proposed improvements are provided, as well as topographic survey, geotechnical engineering services, stormwater management, grading and drainage, soil erosion and sediment control. Services can include design for ADA accessible pedestrian/bike trails and parking areas. Design of pedestrian bridges, project permitting, and coordination with multiple agencies are often necessary.
