PATRICK ENNIS JOINS BANC3

Patrick Ennis has over 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Water Resources, ranging from roadway design, site development, dams, water systems and storm water management.  Mr. Ennis' expertise includes the development of designs, drawings and specifications, construction contract documents, including schedules, cost estimates and bid sheets for federal, state, municipal and private clients.  Additionally, he has managed land development projects within various townships, counties and states.

He has worked closely with the New Jersey Pinelands Commission and the NJDEP Land Use Regulations staff. He has an excellent working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the New Jersey Pinelands Commission, NJDEP wetlands, flood hazard, waterfront development, CAFRA and dam safety as well as the requirements of local municipalities and counties. Mr. Ennis has experience in water resources analyzing stream hydrology and hydraulics through the use of HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS computer programs and other storm water related computer programs. He has prepared numerous land development applications including upgrades and extensions to existing water and wastewater systems in accordance with NJDEP and EPA regulations.

Mr. Ennis received a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University with a Minor in Environmental Engineering.  He also currently holds Professional Engineering licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

At BANC3, Mr. Ennis will expand the firm's capabilities in both civil engineering and water resources management, enabling BANC3 to provide additional services to a broader range of clients as the firm continues its growth as one of the leading civil engineering firms in New Jersey.
