September 1, 2015

BANC3 Engineering was retained by Burlington County to provide engineering services to prepare bidding and construction documents for the replacement of the existing Centennial Avenue Bridge in Medford Township. The replacement bridge is a three-sided structure to span over Thannel Run.


August 5, 2015

The firm's contract with Hamilton Township for providing development application reviews has been renewed for another term. This will be our fourth consecutive year under this contract in which we provide the review of development applications, with the specific focus on hydrology/hydraulic/stormwater compliance and traffic/transportation issues for various development projects within the Township.


July 13, 2015

We were awarded a contract with West Windsor Township for the Cranbury Road Sidewalk Project. This project involved the construction of a four-foot wide porous pavement sidewalk along Cranbury Road (CR 615) with a grass buffer strip. Due to the complexity and the location of the road, retaining wall design, ADA accessible design and permitting from NJDEP, Delaware & Raritan Canal Commission and the Mercer County Soil Conservation District were required.


June 16, 2015

BANC3 Engineering was contracted by Lawrence Township to prepare plans and specifications for the maintenance dredging of Colonial Lake. As part of the project, the firm provided surveying, permitting, sediment sampling and construction inspection.


May 15, 2015

We were retained to provide designs and specifications for the reconstruction of the Sioux Lake Dam and Culvert at Tuckerton Road in the Borough of Medford Lakes. The project involved the replacement of the existing dam structure and downstream erosion protection along with the widening of Tuckerton Road. The project design was in accordance with current NJDEP wetland, flood hazard and dam safety requirements.


April 22, 2015

BANC3 Engineering was awarded a contract to complete the civil engineering design for Burlington County's Kinkora Trail project in Mansfield and Springfield Townships. As part of our scope, the firm prepared conceptual design plans, permitting documents, stormwater management & flood hazard reports and the soil erosion and sediment control plan and application.


April 13, 2015

West Windsor Township awarded a contract to the firm to provide engineering services for the 2015 Annual Road Improvement Program. BANC3 Engineering is providing the design for upgrades to bicycle and pedestrian amenities and for the reconstruction of approximately 3.65 miles for the entire length of Village Road West and a portion of New Village Road.


January 6, 2015

As part of a 5-year ID/IQ contract with GSA, BANC3 Engineering was awarded a task order to provide construction management services for a design-build project to provide FBI core renovations on Floors 22-28 of the Jacob K. Javits Federal Office Building in New York City. BANC3 provided design review, construction inspection, commissioning, and project closeout services for GSA.
