Continuously developing their knowledge of hardware and software technological solutions, as well as project management and client development skills, team members regularly proctor and participate at various industry conferences and forums.

Babu Cherukuri, PE  -  President 

As President of the firm, he is involved with establishing corporate policies and procedures, contract negotiations/compliance, and overall administration. His priorities include providing strategic leadership to BANC3 Engineering, creating appropriate growth strategies and identifying the required resources, and understanding trends in the industry and position the company to provide the solutions and tools necessary to act with speed and confidence. He creates an environment and culture of assessment and continuous improvement that enables the company to fulfill its mission by meeting or exceeding its goals, conveying the firm's mission to key staff, and motivating staff while holding them accountable for their performance.   


Brian Duke - Director of Marketing & Quality Assurance 

Brian has 25 years as a Director of Marketing for professional services firms in the architecture / engineering / construction (A/E/C) market. Prior to obtaining his MBA in International Marketing, he was a practicing chemical engineer for an additional 6 years. Combining deep industry knowledge with proven successful delivery to enhance and evolve brands through detailed analysis and a hands-on approach, he has helped firms grow and improve the return on investment in marketing programs. He demonstrates innovative and enthusiastic leadership in a team environment to optimize the performance of the marketing and business development staff. In his role, he oversees marketing and business development, as well as having served as the client manager for federal projects and managing the survey department. 


Fritzgerald Laroche, PE  -  Project Manager

Fritz is a team-oriented professional with almost 30 years of broad experience in various fields of civil engineering and construction inspection. He is experienced in all phases of land development projects, including site design, grading, drainage, green infrastructure design, stormwater management, plan preparation, specifications and cost estimating. Mr. Laroche excels in solving complex engineering problems and implementing practical solutions with good technical and communication skills, while also leveraging the latest technology. He also has vast experience in capital improvement projects, such as utilities design; roadways; and other infrastructure planning, engineering design, and construction inspection for projects.
